Kim Gillies is Chief of Staff at The War Horse. Kim has worked with nonprofits, startups, and executives on communications, management, and systems design to create positive changes. She previously served as an executive assistant to former Secretary of State Antony Blinken and former Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Michèle Flournoy. She has facilitated mentorship programs for women leaders with Inclusive Security, Vital Voices, and Women of Color Advancing Peace, Security, and Conflict Resolution. She has degrees in English, and peace and justice.
