June - July 2020 - TWH Publishes Seminar Anthology, Welcomes Kelly Kennedy as Managing Editor
The newsroom team published an anthology of reflections from our Writing Seminar for Medics and Corpsmen. The same month, The War Horse welcomed Kelly Kennedy as managing editor. She is the only American woman to have both served in combat in the U.S. military and covered U.S. combat as a civilian. She’s held various editorial roles from Military Times to USAToday and NYT.
