DonateDerek Nadalini retired from the Army in 2017 after 20 years of active duty, including 13 years as an operator in the 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment-Delta. He earned his MBA and joined the executive team of a medium-sized tech firm, which he helped position for acquisition. After the company’s sale, Derek found himself drawn to veteran health and wellness issues and chose to focus on music rehabilitation. He is a student at the Berklee College of Music and works as director of outreach and development for MusiCorps.
