Jarrod Toothman, a husband and father of four children, is a combat veteran and former Army infantryman who served two deployments to Iraq. Following his military service, he dedicated over a decade to federal and state government, specializing in human resources and administrative operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Liberty University and currently resides in Kansas, where he applies a mission-first mindset to his community and professional life.
