Robert Séamus Macpherson is an author and former career U.S. Marine who, also spent more than two decades in international humanitarian and human rights work. His work took him into some of the world’s most volatile conflict settings, where he focused on protecting aid workers and vulnerable populations. Across both careers, he has written about the human cost of conflict and the moral realities faced by those who live and work within it.
