Air Force veteran was inspired to research her ancestry after a fellow officer found his family roots in Italy.
Stefanie Cooper
Stefanie Cooper served as an aircraft maintenance officer both overseas and stateside. After separating from the Air Force, she focused on her continuing role as a military spouse supporting military families at each new assignment. Cooper loves being with her family, traveling, reading, and writing. She enjoys volunteering in the community and recently began work as a substitute teacher. Stefanie is a 2022 War Horse fellow.
